How Donations Are Processed
-
Every donation goes through a Quality Check (QC) before it can be included in inventory.
-
During QC, we verify: expiry date and batch/lot details, packaging integrity, label clarity, storage safety, and suitability.
-
Each item is then marked as:
-
Accepted (eligible for inventory)
-
Quarantined (requires professional review / clarification)
-
Rejected (not safe/eligible for distribution)
Take the first step!
Turn unused medicines into timely support — safely and responsibly.
Every year, perfectly usable medicines remain unused in homes, clinics, and pharmacies. At Dopamine Foundation, we help redirect eligible medicines to verified communities and partners — with safety checks, traceability, and dignity.
Thank you for supporting community health with care and responsibility.
Storage & Distribution (Traceable & Verified)
Accepted items are stored securely and issued using FEFO (First-Expire-First-Out). We distribute medicines and supplies only through:
-
Verified partner NGOs, clinics, hospitals, and community programs, and/or
-
Documented community support pathways as per our internal protocols
We maintain distribution logs and acknowledgements to ensure traceability and responsible use.
Important: Dopamine Foundation does not provide medical advice. We do not substitute doctor consultation. Donations are handled as community support through verified channels.
Responsible Disposal
Items that do not meet safety criteria (rejected/expired/damaged) are segregated and disposed responsibly, with records maintained as per applicable protocols.
