Bringing Confidence Back, One Strand at a Time

At Dopamine Foundation, we understand that nutrition is as vital as medicine—especially for children fighting cancer. Through our flagship initiative, Project Aahar, we are committed to ensuring that no child undergoing treatment is weakened by malnutrition.

Cancer treatments like chemotherapy and radiation can take a severe toll on a child’s body, making nutritional support essential to their recovery. With Aahar, we provide free, specially designed nutritional care to underprivileged children battling cancer. From immunity-boosting meals to customised dietary plans, every element is curated under the supervision of expert nutritionists, dietitians, and healthcare professionals.

What sets Aahar apart is not just the food we provide—it’s the care we continue to monitor. Each child’s progress is closely tracked, and their meals are regularly adjusted to meet their changing medical and nutritional needs.

We have seen children once too weak to walk, regain their strength and return to play, their resilience shining brighter with every bite. For families who struggle to afford even basic care, Aahar brings relief, strength, and above all—hope.

Aahar is more than just a nutrition program—it is a lifeline, ensuring every child has the strength to fight, heal, and thrive.

Bringing Confidence Back, One Strand at a Time

At Dopamine Foundation, we believe that healing is not just medical—it’s emotional, it’s personal, and it’s deeply human. Through our initiative “Love is in the Hair,” we’ve been restoring dignity, self-esteem, and smiles by providing free, high-quality wigs to cancer warriors who have experienced hair loss during treatment.

The journey begins with generous hair donors who come forward with strands of hope. These donations are then carefully transformed into custom-made wigs by skilled artisans who understand that every lock matters. For many of our recipients, especially young girls and women, these wigs do more than cover baldness—they reignite a sense of identity and confidence.

One young warrior told us, “The day I wore my wig, I felt like myself again.”

From children battling chemotherapy to mothers facing radiation, our wigs have become symbols of strength, not just style. And every time a warrior looks in the mirror and smiles again, we are reminded why we do what we do.

Thanks to our donors, partners, and dedicated volunteers, “Love is in the Hair” is not just a campaign—it’s a movement. A movement to ensure that no cancer patient feels alone, unseen, or less than whole.

Transforming Lives at Rajkiya Kishor Greh, Jhunjhunu

At Dopamine Foundation, we believe every child deserves a safe, nurturing space to grow and thrive. With this belief at heart, we undertook a transformative initiative to upgrade the infrastructure of Rajkiya Kishor Greh, a government-run home for vulnerable children in Jhunjhunu District, Rajasthan.

The center, once struggling with basic infrastructure, now stands renewed with upgraded facilities that reflect dignity, safety, and care. From constructing new buildings to renovating existing structures and installing essential amenities, our efforts were focused on creating a healthier and more supportive environment for the children.

This transformation has not only improved their living conditions, but also instilled a renewed sense of hope, confidence, and belonging among the residents. Children now have better spaces to study, sleep, play, and grow—essentials that every childhood deserves.

This project is a testament to the power of collective compassion and purposeful action. At Dopamine Foundation, we continue our mission to empower lives and create spaces where every child has the chance to dream big and reach their full potential.

A Lifeline for Young Minds – 24x7 Mental Health Helpline

In collaboration with the Kanodia Alumni Association, Dopamine Foundation launched a 24x7 Mental Health Helpline—a pioneering support system dedicated to the emotional and psychological well-being of children, especially during high-stress periods like examinations.

This initiative has become a lifeline for students grappling with academic pressure, anxiety, and emotional distress, offering them a safe, non-judgmental space to be heard. By operating round the clock, the helpline ensures that children never feel alone in their struggles—help is always just a call away.

Trained mental health professionals and empathetic volunteers have already impacted the lives of hundreds of students, providing timely intervention, comfort, and guidance. Many children who had previously suffered in silence are now reaching out, opening up, and learning to cope in healthy ways.

Beyond immediate support, the helpline is nurturing a wider culture of mental health awareness—challenging stigma and encouraging conversations within families, schools, and communities.

Through this initiative, Dopamine Foundation is not only easing the emotional burden of young students but also helping build a future generation that is emotionally strong, mentally resilient, and unafraid to seek help when needed.

Empowering Health Access through TB Testing in Udaipur

In a vital step towards strengthening public health in Rajasthan, the Dopamine Foundation took decisive action under the National TB Elimination Programme (NTEP) by supporting the District Health Facility in Udaipur—where a lack of manpower was limiting critical TB testing services.

High-end diagnostic machines at the center were left underutilized due to staffing shortages, denying timely screening and care to thousands. Recognizing this urgent healthcare gap, the Dopamine Foundation sponsored qualified lab technicians, ensuring these machines were put to full use and TB testing services resumed without delay.

This intervention has significantly improved early detection and treatment of TB in the region, boosting the center’s testing capacity and enabling swift responses to potential outbreaks. The ripple effect of this initiative is profound—not only has it improved community health outcomes, but it has also generated employment opportunities for skilled individuals, uplifting local livelihoods.

The Foundation’s support stands as a testament to how strategic, targeted action can bridge systemic gaps, save lives, and strengthen public health infrastructure. By empowering health systems and people alike, Dopamine Foundation continues its journey of making a lasting impact where it’s needed the most.
